The internet continues to grow, and an online presence is now vital for both individuals and corporations. The website is a platform introducing the business and its mission, as well as the gateway to attract the desired demographic. If your website does not yield the expected results, I can be of help.
No complicated jargon. Just a common-sense that works.
Planning starts by defining the purpose of the website. Then I tackle one page at a time by making clear the reasons of why that page exists, what problem it solves, and what it communicates. This simple exercise lays the foundation for the content, tone and imagery on the page.
Technology offers infinite possibilities, but not all clients are web-literate. To inform the client on how and why to implement the best and most current web-practices, is part of website construction and necessary to rank high on search engines.
I begin this stage by creating a few webpages as prototype examples, which I store in a web-space protected by a confidential password that only I and the customer can access. This web-space allows the client to monitor and participate in the design and construction of the website.
After all done and approved, I thoroughly test the website on all devices and browsers, making sure the new website appears and functions perfectly and is ready for launch.
I do not abandon my clients. I monitor and support all my clients as their website goes live. At this stage, my participation varies depending on the need and web-familiarity of the client.
My aim is to empower the client with the tools and know-how to be independent. But, I always make sure the client doesn’t feel abandoned and can request advice or support any time he feels the need for it.
From functionality and appearance to navigation and coding integrity, a lot goes into creating an eye-catching, user-friendly website.
What you see is what you get.
I am the sole creator of the content, design, and construction of this web-portfolio.
